One way we do this is by not accepting insurance or any third party compensation. Not only does this allow for our fees to remain affordable for almost all individuals and families in our care, but it also keeps your premiums lower. Living the chiropractic lifestyle provides health assurance so you can use your health insurance for crisis or emergency care.

This is not insurance and practice members understand that no third party will be billed by our office or the member themselves. (Not available for large furry family members)

If you would like to help your first visit with us go a little faster, you may fill out these forms before you come to the office. Fill out these forms to the best of your ability and we will go over them together on your first visit.
